Committed to helping ensure a strong talent pool, the Rehiring and Retraining Committee is working to create an inventory of current programs & tools for employers and applicants, creating an index of leading local economic indicators, and assessing the needs and gaps of local employers.
Through this committee, the Chamber endeavors to create an extensive collection of the resources, tools, and information most relevant to the greater Coweta community.
EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY
The Equality of Opportunity Committee seeks to develop and advance data-driven business and policy solutions to bridge opportunity gaps and ensure that Black Americans and people of color have greater opportunities to succeed in Coweta County.
RESILIENCY AND RECOVERY
Tasked with identifying and managing COVID recovery resources, the Resiliency Committee focuses on gathering and sharing “best practices” that ensure experiences to keep workers safe, reopen businesses under the defined government guidelines, and prepare businesses for the possible resurgence of the pandemic that could result in future work stoppages.
SMALL BUSINESS RESOURCES
Focused on the resiliency of the small business community, the Small Business Committee seeks to support the ecosystem of small businesses by providing funding tools and relevant resources to ensure our small businesses are able to thrive and prosper in the midst of the pandemic and beyond.

Through a data-driven process, the mission of the Policy and Regulatory Committee is to identify barriers impeding business success and to present sustainable solutions for the long-term prosperity of our community.
